Q: When are you opening downtown, and where are you located?

A: We are just about ready to roll!  In fall 2017, we secured the perfect building in downtown Astoria, directly across from City Hall and the public library.  Since then, we've been working on the build-out of this historic building , which continues to surprise us with every new turn (of course...).  Meanwhile, our fabrication department is operating at small capacity, turning out various scale projects for local clients like Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa, Fort George Brewery, and the Astoria Coffee Company.   We are just now opening up our call for the studio collective, which will house our artists, makers and small business entrepreneurs.  To learn more about becoming a tenant with us, read below!

Q:  I want to join the studio collective and rent a space!  Can you tell me more?

A:  Artist studios are being developed on all levels of our new building downtown.  These will be dynamic, modern work spaces offered in a variety of sizes.  Those part of the studio collective will have access to a shared kitchen and lounge, bathrooms, and a communal teaching room/gallery space as part of their rental agreement.  There is the ability to host regular art openings and ArtWalk events for the artists in this collective.  We're finalizing the rates for these spaces, and will be sharing more as the building plans progress.    Studios coming online beginning Sept 1, 2018.
